NO / NÃO / HAYIR

Emigra pushed me to talk about the reactions I see to the french and dutch no on the referendum.
I'm really not the person to get into political analysys but, maybe because of this, my general feeling is that people didn't really care about it. Still I sense that in Turkey there is the feeling that rich countries are walking away from poor countries instead of going in the integration path. This includes Europe and USA.
As Nevval Sevindi puts it "The elderly (European) are afraid of foreigners".

O Emigra pediu-me para falar sobre as reacções ao NÃO nos referendums francês e holandês.
Análise política não é comigo mas, talvez por esta falta de interesse, a minha ideia é que isto passa um bocado ao lado do pessoal por cá. De qualquer forma acho que a ideia geral é a de que s pa´ses ricos estão a caminhar mais para longe dos países pobres em vez do caminha da integração. isto inclui a Europa e os EUA.

Bence Türkeler çok merak etmiyor. Bence, genellikle Türkler böyle düşünüyor: zengin ülkeler (Avrupa ve ABD), fakir ülkelerden uzak yürüyor, entengrayon istemiyorlar.
