Strange foreigner / Estranho estrangeiro / Garip yabancı

I've been reading Beverly Trayner with interest. She is a foreigner living in Portugal, Setubal that writes about many things including what it is to live inside a different culture and all the small (or big) disturbances this raises.
This is something I don't blog much about, but something I live everyday. In a generic contemplation about this I write the following cliché:
I believe all changes (in life) bring problems: you have to deal with the fears, learn the new rules, etc. The good side of it is that the process of solving these problems makes you grow as you never would if things were allways the same.

Estive a ler com interesse o blog de Beverly Trayner. Ela é uma estangeira que vive que vive em Portugal, Setubal que escreve sobre muita coisa incluindo o que é viver dentro de uma cultura diferente e todas os pequenos (ou grandes) distúrbios que isso traz.
Eu nunca escrevo muito sobre este tipo de coisas, mas é algo que vivo diariamente. Numa reflexão genérica sobre o assunto, escrevo o seguinte cliché:
Acredito que todas as mudanças (na vida) trazem problemas: temos de lidar com os medos, aprender as novas regras, etc. O lado positivo de tudo isto é que o processo de resolver estes problemas faz-nos crescer como nunca cresceríamos caso as coisas permanecessem sempre iguais.

Beverly Trayner okudum ve çok sevdim. Portekiz'de yaşan yabancı bir kadın. Farklı bir kültürde yaşmak hakkında yazıyor.
Bunu hakkında çok yazmam, ama her gün böyle yaşıyorum. Bu hakkında, böyle yazıyorum:
Butün (hayadın) deyişiklikler(in)den problemleri geliyor: korkluklar, yeni kurallar, falan filan. Ama problemleri çözürken biz çok büyüyoruz.
